F.A.Q.

F. A. Q.

Q: Can we arrange to meet you before making a booking.

A: Yes, if you live within a reasonable traveling distance from us we can arrange to call on you. We fully understand that it's not always possible to arrange this due to distance or work schedules so we do give you the opportunity to book online. When booking online we do try to meet up with you before the wedding / event.

Q: Can we view a wedding / event DVD sample?

A: It's company policy that we do not send out copies of other couples weddings or client events, the reason is that we believe in complete client confidentiality. This gives you the assurance that your wedding /event DVD / Photographs would not be sent out into the public domain. Companies that send out sample DVD's normally only send samples that have been cut back from the original, leaving just the best bits in. You need to have a chance to see many example DVD's where you can jump to any scene. There is also no guarantee that the sample sent out will look like your wedding / event when completed, each wedding /event is so individual. We have a number of samples on this site to give some ideas. Please check out our on-line gallery.

Q: How long have you been filming weddings and taking photographs?

A: Over 19 years.

Q: Can we chose our own music?

A: Yes you choose all your own music. Copyright licenses are included, (not on the Bronze DVD Package) but any church fees for video filming are your responsibility.

Q: How long does the DVD of the days wedding last?

A: This is dependent on a number of factors e.g. length of service / speeches. Maximum duration of an edited dvd will not exceed two hours.

Q: Should the service last a long time and has to be edited down, can I purchase the full service on a separate DVD?

A: Yes we can arrange this for an additional charge of £100.00

Q: How long after the wedding / event before I get my video / photographs?

A: 1-4 weeks depending on the package chosen. It might take longer during our busy periods.

Q: Can I have any input on the editing.

A: I am afraid that due to us keeping our prices as competitive as we can, this is not our normal practice as we take full control over the editing. Should you wish to have any input this can be arranged for an additional charge of £849.00. This will also require that you spend at least three days with us while we go through all the footage with you. This can only be done during our quieter periods from November through to March.

Q: What format are the supplied photographs?

A: All photographs taken use the cameras RAW format. (maximum quality) All photographs supplied are checked and basic cropping and adjustments made. Additional charges are made should you wish to have extra work E.G. extra cropping / special effects / blemish removal air brushing applied to individual images. When we are making up the album further adjustments (colour correction / cropping ETC) will be made as required. Photographs will be supplied on DVD in the JPEG format. It's your responsibility when using a photo lab of your choice to make any adjustments that you require.

Q: How much is the Videography / Photographic booking fee?

A: £100.00

Q: What if I should have to cancel?

A: We regret that your booking fee is non-refundable.
